Tree Cabling and Bracing
Tree support systems are used to provide supplemental support to leaders, individual branches, and/or entire trees. Cables and braces provide supplemental support by limiting the movement of the branches or leaders. When a tree has a structural defect or condition that poses a high risk of failure, which may result in injury or property damage, a supplemental support system can often reduce the risk. However, not all potential hazards can be mitigated by the installation of a tree support system. It is essential that each tree be carefully examined by a qualified arborist who will be able to determine the best course of action.
